CNC milling
For drawing-based components requiring machined faces, pockets, holes, threads and project-specific geometry.
Drawing-based sourcing and RFQ coordination
Send your drawing and project requirements for supplier review, quotation coordination, inspection follow-up, packaging and export delivery support.
Email PDF, STEP, STP, DWG, DXF, IGS, IGES or another agreed CAD format after submitting the initial RFQ.
CNC machining processes
Manufacturing feasibility is reviewed against part geometry, material, quantity, tolerance, finish, inspection method and supplier fit.
For drawing-based components requiring machined faces, pockets, holes, threads and project-specific geometry.
For suitable cylindrical components, shafts, sleeves, threaded features and rotational geometry.
Milling and turning may be combined when the geometry and selected manufacturing route require both.
3-axis machining and rotary-fixture or multi-side setups can be reviewed. 4-axis or 5-axis capability is stated only when verified for the project.
Materials
Tolerance and engineering review
For suitable parts and critical dimensions, machining tolerances as tight as ±0.003 mm may be evaluated after drawing review.
Achievable tolerance depends on material, geometry, part size, critical dimensions, quantity, machining process, surface treatment, inspection method and assembly requirements.
Thermal-management components
Overall size, fin geometry and channel structure can be customized from buyer drawings. Material, finish, tolerance and thermal requirements are confirmed during engineering review.

Selected custom manufacturing examples
Each project is reviewed from its drawing and requirements. No material, finish, tolerance, quantity or customer application is assigned from appearance alone.
Curved, threaded, recessed, stepped and slotted features can be reviewed against the buyer's drawing.
Submit: drawing/model, material, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection requirements.

Material, surface condition and process are confirmed from the project documentation, not the visible color of a sample.
Submit: 2D/3D files, datum and tolerance priorities, assembly relationship and expected order scope.

Packaging method, surface protection, labels and export requirements are coordinated according to the confirmed product and delivery plan.
Submit: packaging sensitivity, labeling requirements, destination and delivery schedule.
Prototype and production
Production stage is confirmed from the project scope; it is not inferred from the number of parts shown in a photo.
Surface finishing
No visible sample on this page is assigned a specific finish unless separately verified.
Inspection coordination
CMM capability and inspection results are not claimed without project evidence.
What buyers should send before quotation
Send the drawing and commercial requirements together so feasibility, quotation scope and schedule can be reviewed for the actual project.
RFQ and drawing workflow
Confidential drawings should be sent by email after the initial RFQ. WhatsApp is not the primary channel for engineering files.
Buyer FAQ
Capabilities, schedules and documentation are confirmed according to the drawing and selected supplier.
Send 2D or 3D drawings, material, quantity, required tolerance, surface finish, application, delivery schedule, and destination country or port. Email engineering files to sally@sinosupplyworks.com after submitting the RFQ.
STEP, STP, PDF, DWG, DXF, IGS, IGES and other agreed CAD formats can be reviewed. A 3D model plus a dimensioned 2D drawing is useful when tolerances, threads, finishes or inspection points must be defined.
Material, part geometry, dimensions, tolerance, surface finish, quantity, tooling or fixture needs, inspection scope, packaging and delivery schedule can all affect cost. Pricing is confirmed case by case after drawing and supplier review.
Yes. Suitable prototype and small-batch projects can be coordinated. Supplier capability, minimum order quantity, lead time, inspection scope and price are confirmed for the specific drawing and order quantity.
No. Sino Supply Works helps overseas buyers coordinate China sourcing and RFQ communication. Supplier capability, pricing, certificates and delivery terms are confirmed case by case.
