CNC milling

For drawing-based components requiring machined faces, pockets, holes, threads and project-specific geometry.

CNC turning

For suitable cylindrical components, shafts, sleeves, threaded features and rotational geometry.

Combined processes

Milling and turning may be combined when the geometry and selected manufacturing route require both.

Multi-side machining

3-axis machining and rotary-fixture or multi-side setups can be reviewed. 4-axis or 5-axis capability is stated only when verified for the project.

Tolerance and engineering review

Critical dimensions are evaluated individually

For suitable parts and critical dimensions, machining tolerances as tight as ±0.003 mm may be evaluated after drawing review.

Achievable tolerance depends on material, geometry, part size, critical dimensions, quantity, machining process, surface treatment, inspection method and assembly requirements.

What should I send for a CNC machining quote from China?

Send 2D or 3D drawings, material, quantity, required tolerance, surface finish, application, delivery schedule, and destination country or port. Email engineering files to sally@sinosupplyworks.com after submitting the RFQ.

Can you quote from STEP, PDF or DWG drawings?

STEP, STP, PDF, DWG, DXF, IGS, IGES and other agreed CAD formats can be reviewed. A 3D model plus a dimensioned 2D drawing is useful when tolerances, threads, finishes or inspection points must be defined.

What affects CNC machining cost?

Material, part geometry, dimensions, tolerance, surface finish, quantity, tooling or fixture needs, inspection scope, packaging and delivery schedule can all affect cost. Pricing is confirmed case by case after drawing and supplier review.

Can small batches or prototypes be coordinated?

Yes. Suitable prototype and small-batch projects can be coordinated. Supplier capability, minimum order quantity, lead time, inspection scope and price are confirmed for the specific drawing and order quantity.
